The People's Power decided to push for the appointment of a "special inspector" proposed by representative Han Dong-hoon as a countermeasure against the controversy of First Lady Kim Gun-hee.
The factional conflict is being closed as the close and the pro-Yoon-gye narrows their differences, but the controversy over the presidential couple's slander written on the party's bulletin board under the name of Han and his family has not been resolved.

The People's Power held a general meeting of lawmakers and decided to go through the process of recommending candidates for the special inspector.
The pros and cons of the party were divided, and the possibility of a vote was raised at one point, but it was unanimously approved by applause.
Apart from the director of the North Korean Human Rights Foundation, it was decided to recommend a candidate for a special inspector, but specific appointment procedures, such as negotiations with the Democratic Party, were entrusted to the floor leadership.
[Choo Kyung-ho / People's Power Floor Leader: The party leader spoke without a vote, and I've made suggestions along with the circumstances, and all the lawmakers have agreed with applause]
The issue of the special inspector was quickly settled, but controversy continued over the "party member bulletin board controversy" that has recently emerged as a detonator.
The allegation is that he posted a raw smear article against Yoon Suk Yeol's president and his wife in the name of Han Dong-hoon and his family, and there was a voice calling for an investigation at the party level.
Secretary-General Seo Bum-soo said in a closed-door parliamentary meeting that he would supplement the system, saying the controversy was caused by an error in the bulletin board,
It is known that pro-Yoon-gye lawmakers strongly insisted on the need for a party audit. It is also reported that the remarks were made to the effect that 'if not written by the representative of
, it could be a theft or hacking of the name' and 'the extreme remarks of some posts are a crime, not freedom of expression'.
However, the party leadership explained that it is difficult to confirm the identity of the party members because it is personal information, but in the end, it was decided to collect more opinions and decide whether to audit the party.
[Joo Jin-woo / People's Power Legal Advisory Committee: Please understand that nothing related to the identity of the party members is prohibited, and I understand that the civic group has filed a complaint.]
Representative Han, the party to the suspicion, said there is no need to promote a controversy without it, but he has not given a clear official explanation in the bulletin board.
[Han Dong-hoon / Representative of People's Power: I don't think it's necessary to create a conflict that doesn't exist. (Have you checked the controversy on the bulletin board with your family?) Thank you.]
As allegations of slander on party bulletin boards have not been sufficiently identified, some predict that the controversy could reignite factional conflicts that have briefly subsided below the surface.
