Chairman Kim Ga-neh charged with "sexual violence" additionally charged with embezzlement

Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul is investigating Kim Yong-man, chairman of the fraudulent franchise Kim Ga-ne, who is suspected of sexual violence, on charges of embezzlement in business.

Chairman Kim is accused of taking hundreds of millions of won from the company's account through an accountant in September last year and delivering it to a law firm that represents him in the name of a sex crime settlement.

Earlier last year, Chairman Kim was booked on charges of forcibly molesting and sexually assaulting a drunk female employee and is under police investigation.
