The government said it will sincerely review various measures proposed by the medical community at the ruling and opposition party council.

Jung Yoon-soon, head of the Health and Medical Policy Division of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, said this yesterday (14th) while presiding over a meeting of the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters for Medical Collective Action.

On the 11th, the medical community reportedly proposed a reduction in the number of medical students selected for the 2025 school year by ensuring autonomy of the Korea Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation and limiting additional pass.
