13 ton cargo truck fire in Gwangyang...58 million won in damage.

Yesterday (14th) at around 4:50 p.m., a 13-ton cargo truck driving on the road near the Gwangyang Interchange on the Namhae Expressway in Gwangyang, Jeollanam-do, caught fire and was extinguished in about 20 minutes.

No one was injured as the driver evacuated immediately, but the fire department estimated 58 million won in property damage.

Fire authorities believe the fire started due to a brake rupture and are investigating the exact circumstances of the fire.
