Yes, the lowest temperature in Seoul this morning was 14 degrees Celsius and 0.8 degrees higher than yesterday.

It was 7 to 10 degrees higher than usual nationwide, including 12.5 degrees in Daegu, 12.3 degrees in Daejeon, and 11.5 degrees in Paju.

This is because rain clouds acted like blankets, reducing the effect of radiation cooling, which escapes heat from the surface overnight.

Most of the rain that is currently pouring in inland areas will stop in the morning.

In the middle of the day, most parts of the country, including 21 degrees in Seoul and Gwangju, 20 degrees in Daejeon, and 19 degrees in Daegu, will be around 20 degrees, far exceeding the previous year's temperature.

The morning temperature in Seoul is expected to be 6 degrees, about 8 degrees lower than a day ago.

Next week, the sub-zero weather will begin in earnest.

Most inland temperatures are expected to be below zero on Monday and minus one on Tuesday in Seoul morning.

In addition, the wind is expected to blow strongly, so the wind chill will be lower.

In particular, Yeongdong, Gangwon Province, where rain is predicted from the morning of the day after tomorrow, is expected to fall 1 to 5cm in the mountains.

The cold will gradually warm up as usual temperatures recover from the middle of next week, but morning temperatures will remain below 5 degrees and daytime temperatures will remain around 10 degrees, and chilly weather will continue in late November.
