The target is employees with children under the age of eight, who are given 10 days of childcare leave per year for one person and 15 days for two or more people, and if both parents are county officials, they can take up to 30 days off in total.
Starting in the first quarter of next year, Dalseong-gun also plans to introduce a three-day "New Leap Vacation" to help new public officials who have been less than five years old adapt.
