Moon Da-hye sent to the prosecution for "illegal accommodation business in Jeju."

Dahye, the daughter of former President Moon Jae In, was handed over to the prosecution on charges of illegal lodging business in Jeju.

The Jeju Provincial Police Agency said it sent Da-hye to the prosecution on charges of violating the Public Health Management Act.

Moon is accused of operating his own detached house in Hyeopjae-ri, Hallim-eup, Jeju-si, as a shared accommodation for the past two years without registering it as a lodging business, and admitted all charges in a local police summons investigation conducted on the 11th with a lawyer in attendance.
