The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said the organizers will set up a stage on Sejong-daero and Sajik-ro tomorrow morning and hold a large-scale rally here in the afternoon.
After the rally, the participants will march down Namdaemun-ro and Toegye-ro.
The police plan to operate the lanes opposite to the rally site or marching route as variable lanes, and deploy 180 traffic police officers to manage traffic, including detouring vehicles.
The police asked citizens to use public transportation such as subways and check real-time traffic information in advance if they are forced to use vehicles.
