Germany won a 7-0 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina in their fifth Group III match on their home turf of Freiburg.
Germany, ranked 11th in the FIFA rankings, scored two goals side by side, with 13 effective shots and 73% of possession, taking the lead throughout.
In the same group, the Netherlands also beat Hungary 4-0 at home to advance to the quarterfinals.
In the seventh minute of the first half, Hungary's coach Adam Salai collapsed unconscious and was taken to hospital for emergency measures, which stopped the game for about 10 minutes, and the Hungarian players appeared agitated, shedding tears.
