North Korea has criticized the officials involved, referring to the floods that occurred this summer.

The Rodong Sinmun, the official newspaper of the Labor Party, pointed out on its front page today (17th) that the most important thing to be wary of is the irresponsibility of executives in today's increasing importance of land management projects.

He also claimed that the damage was caused even though the Labor Party repeatedly emphasized land management projects to minimize heavy rains, floods and typhoons, because some executives carried out land management projects formally.

He then emphasized that we should overcome the old ways of tinkering or roughly working in the land management project and design and promote it with a view to 100 years when building or repairing facilities.
