U.S. President Joe Biden, who will retire in January next year, had his last meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.

We discussed various issues, including North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia, and the remarks were mainly aimed at Trump's second term.

It was the third and final meeting between the leaders of the U.S. and China who met again on the APEC stage following last year.

President Biden, who will retire in January next year, praised President Xi Jinping for managing the bilateral relationship in a stable manner.

There were also remarks that seemed to highlight that it was different from the Trump administration, which consistently hit China.

[Joe Biden / President of the United States] We have never mocked each other. We've been honest with each other. These conversations prevent miscalculation and ensure that competition between the two countries does not escalate into conflict.]

He also pointed out China's unfair trade and said he would continue controlling high-tech technologies.President

Xi also responded by saying decoupling, which means supply chain separation, is not something that a big country can pursue. He also left a message for the second Trump administration, which announced the resumption of the

'trade war'.

[Xi Jinping / Chinese President: China is ready to work with the U.S. administration to maintain communication, expand cooperation, and manage differences to ensure a stable transition in Sino-U.S. relations for the benefit of the people of the two countries]

North Korea's dispatch of troops to the war in Ukraine was also directly discussed during the one-hour and 40-minute talks.

Biden has called for China to use its influence to prevent North Korea from sending more troops.

He also expressed concern that North Korea-Russia military cooperation could lead to provocations against the South, calling it a "deeply dangerous development."

In response, Xi reaffirmed his position that he would not allow clashes and chaos on the Korean Peninsula.

It is interpreted that Trump threw a check ball on the return of Trump, who also considered a preemptive strike against the North's nuclear weapons program.
