U.S. President Joe Biden has lifted long-range missile restrictions on Russian attacks, the New York Times reported.

In the meantime, President Biden has provided Ukraine with weapons such as the Atax missile, but has limited its use in Russia's internal attacks.

In response, Ukrainian President Zelensky has constantly asked Biden to lift the restrictions so that U.S.-provided missiles can be used in Russian attacks.
