'Having sex with a 13-year-old' YouTuber, again wife during trial?

A, a famous YouTuber in his 30s with about 200,000 subscribers, was additionally booked for assaulting his wife.

Earlier, A was also accused of animal cruelty and having sex dozens of times while living with a 13-year-old minor.

According to the Jongno Police Station in Seoul and Michuhol Police Station in Incheon on the 16th, A was booked on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (filming and disseminating cameras) and domestic violence.

A is accused of assaulting his wife B at a lodging facility in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, in the early morning of the 13th. He punched B in the face and jaw area, causing three weeks of injuries before treatment.

In addition, A was booked last month on charges of filming a part of his wife's body and releasing it on his YouTube channel. The police have secured relevant evidence and are conducting an investigation.

In addition, A was accused of kicking and killing his dog in August. The police are investigating A on charges of violating the Animal Protection Act.

Mr. A is also on trial for sexual assault against a minor. He was indicted without detention on charges of a minor's steelmaking in June and is facing a first trial on the 19th.

He was found to have had sex with a viewer who was 13 years old at least 34 times after living together for about two years. Prosecutors asked for nine years in prison.
