Hite Jinro said it has been providing consolation money, scholarships, and emergency living expenses for firefighters and bereaved families for seven years since 2018.
It also added that it is providing legal expenses such as lawyer's fees so that firefighters who have killed themselves or died of illness due to work stress can be recognized as on duty.
