His son Kim posted an apology on his official website on the 14th and said, "The management immediately dismissed CEO Kim Yong-man (at the time) because it was determined that he could no longer be with the company," but Chairman Kim returned to his position.

Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul said on the 13th that it received a complaint against Chairman Kim in July and is investigating him on charges of sexual assault and sexual assault (violation of the Sexual Violence Punishment Act).
