The family gathering of abductees will visit Sokcho Coast Guard in Gangwon Province tomorrow afternoon (19th) to discuss plans to distribute sea leaflets.
They have already recruited two fishing boats and plan to adjust the schedule according to the weather.
The Korea Coast Guard plans to inform that if you use fishing boats for non-fishing purposes, you need a special inspection certificate from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority and explain the relevant entry and exit procedures.
In 2008, the group distributed leaflets to North Korea in a similar way at waters near the port of Geojin in Goseong.
