The Korea Meteorological Administration said temperatures in most parts of the country are expected to hit around zero this morning due to the cold air coming down from the north.

This morning, Seoul will be similar to yesterday, with 0 degrees, Paju and Cheorwon minus 4 degrees, and Daegwallyeong minus 7 degrees.

The Korea Meteorological Administration predicts that temperatures will rise from today afternoon, gradually easing the cold and regaining normal temperatures.
