I changed lanes on Gangnam-daero, bumped into each other, and overturned...DUI detection

At around 4:20 p.m. yesterday (18th), a car that was changing lanes near Sinsa Station in Gangnam-daero, Seoul, collided with a vehicle next to it and overturned.

Three drivers were slightly injured when another car collided together, and as a result of the police using a drink detector, the male driver A, who was changing lanes, was found to have been drinking alcohol.
