North Korea found flyers to South Korea in spraying garbage balloons

North Korea's leaflets against the South were found throughout downtown Seoul yesterday, while North Korea sent another garbage balloon.

The leaflet in the photo, which viewers reported that it was found in Gwanak-gu and Seocho-gu, Seoul, contained a raw criticism of President Yoon.

Earlier in the morning yesterday, North Korea conducted the 31st spraying of garbage balloons this year.
