U.S. President-elect Donald Trump will observe Tesla CEO Elon Musk's space company SpaceX's launch of a spacecraft, which is considered the heavyweight of the "second Trump."

The New York Times and CNN reported that Trump plans to attend the launch of the sixth Earth orbit test flight of the spacecraft "Starship" in Texas at 5 p.m. ET on the 19th.

The New York Times said, "It shows that Musk is getting closer to the next president."

CNN also diagnosed it as "another example of Musk's growing role in the Trump Organization."

Musk, who emerged as a close ally after pouring a large amount of political funds into Trump in this year's presidential election, has been accompanied by Trump at major events since the presidential election on the 5th.

Musk, in particular, has also been named co-head of the government's efficiency department, which will be established in the next administration.
