The Songpa Police Station in Seoul is investigating a man in his 30s without detention on charges of killing an elderly man in his 80s while driving a ready-mixed concrete vehicle.

Mr. A is accused of killing a man in his 80s who was pulling a cart carrying waste paper on the road in Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul at around 1:20 p.m. yesterday (18th) with a ready-mixed concrete vehicle.

A told the police that the accident occurred while turning left without seeing the victim who died in a blind spot.

Police are investigating the details of the accident based on CCTVs and black boxes around them.
