Bae Hyun-jin, a member of the People's Power, said he will consider filing a complaint with the National Assembly Ethics Committee, saying that Kim Yoon-deok of the Democratic Party of Korea copied the bill on fostering the healing tourism industry he is pushing for.

Lawmaker Bae held a press conference and explained that when he first proposed the bill at the 21st National Assembly, Kim opposed it on the grounds that it was the basis of medical privatization, and it was virtually abandoned and re-proposed at the 22nd National Assembly.

Suddenly, however, lawmaker Kim said he was making a ridiculous claim that he would come with a 99.9% copy of the bill and make it together, claiming that it was a "stealing legislation."

Rep. Kim issued a statement and refuted that the bill proposed by Rep. Bae had a flaw in excluding special autonomy in the healing tourism industry district, and that he could not approve the discriminatory bill as a member of the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province.

If there is a problem with the bill, it is better for the ruling and opposition parties to pass it together through supplementation, and it is a serious threat to demand the withdrawal of the bill using harsh expressions.
