The Democratic Party of Korea defined that the prosecution's handing over Lee Jae-myung to trial over allegations of corporate credit card was a clear forced indictment and opposition opposition oppression.

Following the violation of the Public Official Election Act and the allegation of perjury teachers, he created another excuse to kill political opponents, which is a bare face of the prosecution's dictatorship.

He compared the prosecution to a "firecracker" and argued that the political prosecution's behavior could also be linked to the power of Yoon Suk Yeol's president and the people, and that politicians should condemn it together.
