Yongsan Police Station in Seoul is investigating a man in his 20s who is suspected of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Mr. A was found to have chased and threatened a citizen who was passing by on the street in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, around 11 a.m. on the 16th.
The police showed suspicious behavior, such as A rambling, and a syringe came out of his pocket and questioned whether he was taking drugs and got a confession.
A tested positive for methamphetamine in a simple reagent test, and the police are investigating the drug purchase route.
