The Ministry of Employment and Labor has concluded that allegations that a member of girl group Newzins was ostracized in Hive do not constitute bullying in the workplace.

The Seoul Western Office of the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Administration said it ended the administration because it was difficult to regard Newzins fans as a worker under the Labor Standards Act in connection with a complaint filed with the Ministry of Employment and Labor that Newzins member "Farmhani" was bullied at work.

Earlier in September, Hani said hello to other celebrities and managers passing by in the hallway of Hive's office building, but claimed the manager said, "Ignore you" and the Newzins fan filed a complaint with the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

However, the Western District Office concluded that Hani is not considered a worker under the Labor Standards Act, which provides work for wages in a dependent relationship due to the content and nature of the management contract.

It is difficult to say that there was no command or supervision from the management because they fulfill their contractual obligations in the position of equal contracting parties.

It also suggested the fact that the company's employment rules were not applied and that the commuting time could not be set because there was no fixed working hours or places.

In addition, it is difficult to say that the amount paid is an object of work itself because of the nature of profit distribution, and it is also considered that each person pays taxes and pays business income taxes, not earned income taxes.
