Recently, concerns have been raised that the distribution of endothelium (or so-called endothelium) of cold-weather uniforms paid to army trainers may be disrupted.

According to the military on the 19th, the Army General Command recently sent an official letter to the suppliers of the endothelium, urging early delivery, saying, "The termination of the contract in 2023 and the delay in the contract in 2024 are causing insufficient inventory of the endothelium."

The official document also said that considering the current inventory, a large number of unpaid persons are expected to occur between November and December.

Previously, the Public Procurement Service signed bidding contracts with four veterans' welfare organizations and two private companies last year to secure a total of 140,000 endotheliums.

However, it was reported that the contract was terminated with a company that signed 32,020 copies, and the supply was delayed due to the delay in the process of signing an additional contract for the shortfall with other companies.

In response, the Public Procurement Service said, "As of the 18th, only 59 pieces of the endothelium were missing as of the 18th," adding, "It will be possible to deliver the endothelium from next week, so there will be no problem in training trainees in the cold."
