Min explained in a statement that while all efforts have been made to get the adore belonging to Newzins back into place over the past seven months, he judged that further efforts were a waste of time as parent company Hive showed no signs of changing.

He said he was obsessed with money and did not want to settle for this twisted organization, adding that he would also terminate the shareholder agreement signed with Hive.
