Min claims that Irish agency Billifrap plagiarized Newzins' plan, while Billifrap refutes that former representative Min is claiming false facts. In response, Billifrap filed a lawsuit for damages worth 2 billion won against former CEO Min. Former CEO of

Min will work on legal action against Hive regarding shareholder contracts. The shareholder contract is considered a key factor in the conflict between the two sides, as it contains information on former CEO Min's five-year guarantee and put options.

Above all, attention is also focused on the issue of New Jeans' future. This is because Newzins has consistently demanded Min's return to the leadership. As a result, most observers say that there will be no Newzins left in the door without former representative Min. If it decides to leave the actual adore, Newzins may choose procedures such as filing an application for an injunction to suspend the validity of the exclusive contract.
