A bill has been passed to ban the adoption of Russian children from Russia, which bans gender minority movements, to countries where gender change is permitted.

The bill, which passed the House and Senate, will now go into effect once President Putin signs it.

The ban on the adoption of Russian children is expected to apply to at least 15 countries, including Australia, Argentina and Canada, along with European countries.

Adoption to the United States was banned back in 2012.

The Russian parliament also passed a bill that would ban the spread of data that encourages people not to have children.

As a result, if you openly promote your arguments against giving birth to children, you will be fined up to 5 million rubles and 70 million won.
