A 20-year-old sentenced to life imprisonment for killing her lover with a weapon that notified her of the breakup.

Seongnam Jiwon of the Suwon District Court sentenced a man in his 20s to life imprisonment today (21st), who is suspected of killing his girlfriend by wielding a weapon.

The court explained that the victim, who had been dating for only 19 days, prepared several weapons, planned the crime, attacked and killed dozens of times because he demanded a break-up.

In addition, he said that while A admitted to the crime, he did not sincerely reflect on himself, claiming mental and physical weakness and mental illness, and transferring responsibility to the victim.

It was investigated that A called out the victim near his apartment in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and killed him at around 11:20 p.m. on June 7, the day he was notified of the breakup.
