That's how expensive the rent is.
The average annual rent in Myeong-dong, Seoul, is 10.32 million won per square meter, up 3% from last year, ranking ninth in the world's commercial district.
That expensive Myeong-dong is ranked 9th, so you must be curious about where it's ranked first.
First place went to "Via Montenapoleone" in Milan, Italy.
The rent per square meter is 37.7 million won, nearly three times as expensive as Myeong-dong.
The second place was New York's Upper 5th Street, with rent of about 30 million won per square meter.
Third place was London's "New Bond Street" with 26.4 million won.
It was followed by Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui, France's Paris Champs-Elysees, and Japan's Tokyo Ginza.
