Mr. A is suspected of causing a disturbance at 8:10 a.m. this morning near the door of the Daegu Metropolitan Police Agency's civil service office in Jisan-dong, Daegu, trying to spray flammable substances in plastic bottles on his body.
The police plan to investigate the case based on A's statement that he was dissatisfied with the handling of the civil complaint.
