"The idea of a lover" is a 10-year prison sentence for a hit-and-run car made in Gwangju.

Prosecutors have asked for 10 years in prison for a driver in his 30s who fled after a drunk driving death accident.

At the final hearing held at the Gwangju District Court today (22nd), the prosecution asked the court to sentence the driver who caused the accident to 10 years in prison and B who helped him escape to 1 year and 6 months in prison.

Mr. A was put on trial in the early morning of September on charges of hitting a motorcycle ahead of him on the road in Seo-gu, Gwangju, killing one of the passengers and injuring one.

The prosecution confirmed that A drank at least two bottles of soju before driving and charged him with drunk driving using the Widmark technique.

The sentencing trial for A will be held on the 13th of next month.
