Today (21st), Joo Ah-reum's agency Cosmo Entertainment said, "Joo Ah-reum was cast as 'Ji Eun-gyu' in KBS Joy's new drama 'I'm sorry for today' (script Cho Yoo-jin Choi Ryong, director Min Ji-young), which will premiere on December 5."
{I'm sorry again today' depicts the turbulent arrival of Jisongi (Jeon So-min), a "dolsing" girl who suffers from a hard N-job N character's life to pay off the interest on a cut-throat honeymoon house loan after being divorced overnight.
Director Min Ji-young, who directed the Netflix drama "Cheongdam International High School," and writer Cho Yu-jin of the comic film "Pilot," which hit theaters this summer, are in sync. Joo Ah-reum plays the role of Ji-song's younger brother Ji Eun-gyu in the play.
Joo Ah-reum debuted as a child actor in the 1999 drama "My Sister's Mirror", starting with a magazine model in 1997. Since then, he has performed in "Daejanggeum," "King Sejong," "Chuno," "The Colossus Kim Mandeok," "The Age of Emotion: The Birth of a Pitcher," "Mrs. Cop," "A Dream of Being deceived," "Taegeukgi," and "Girls' Ghost Story," "Crossing," "White Night Train," "The Match" and "Camellia."
In the movie "The Girl Writer's Door," which was released last year, she gave off a strong presence as the main character Kang Ji-ah, solidifying her position as a talented actor. Actor Joo Ah-reum, who started as a child actor and is on the path of a successful adult actor, is looking forward to what kind of character transformation will capture the public in this drama.
