KBS Opposition Director "Regretful to dismiss the suspension of Park Jang-beom's proposal."

KBS opposition directors expressed regret over the court's rejection of an injunction request to suspend the appointment of KBS presidential candidate Park Jang-beom.

Four directors recommended by KBS' opposition party said in a statement that the recommendation of President Park Jang-beom was made by ruling party directors illegally appointed by the two-member system of the Korea Communications Commission.

He then argued that if President Yoon Suk Yeol pushes for the appointment of President Park, not only the publicity and independence of KBS, but also the public's trust will fall significantly.

In addition, the National Assembly hearing specifically raised suspicions about the president's pre-appointment as president, adding that it is appropriate to suspend the appointment of the president until the truth is revealed.
