A worker in his 40s who was replacing the water supply in Seongsan-dong, Seoul, was injured by a pile of dirt at around 1:10 a.m. today (23rd).
It took nearly three hours to rescue because it was buried in the chest, but it was confirmed that it was not life-threatening.
The fire department is controlling the surrounding traffic due to the possibility of further collapse.
