CNN analyzed that it can be seen as a sign that the North Korean military is growing its presence outside of Kursk.

Concerns over further Russian airstrikes have also been raised in Ukraine's capital Kyiv, with the parliamentary plenary cancelled due to possible attacks targeting government buildings.
