In a written briefing, the Democratic Party said it would like to pay tribute to the victims of civilians and soldiers who died due to North Korea's reckless provocations and offer deep condolences to the bereaved families.
He then stressed that 14 years have passed, but North Korea's armed provocations continue, and that he sternly warns the North Korean authorities that the Republic of Korea will not kneel in any case.
He also urged the government to say that deepening tensions by talking about peace by force does not help peace on the Korean Peninsula, and that this is a time that desperately needs wisdom to lead North Korea to a dialogue table.
