A big rally in downtown Seoul...traffic congestion forecast

Traffic congestion is expected today (23rd) as some roads are closed due to a rally in downtown Seoul.

The emergency action of the right to reject will hold a large-scale rally in the afternoon around the stage set up in Sejong-daero and Sajik-ro this morning, and then march using Namdaemun-ro and Toegye-ro.

Police will communicate vehicles with variable lanes and deploy 170 police officers near rallies and marches to manage traffic.
