Gimhae Waste Battery Company...One dead and two injured.

A fire broke out in an outdoor oil tank of a waste battery treatment company in Hallim-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, at around 11:10 a.m. today (23rd).

The fire was extinguished in about 30 minutes, but a man in his 60s was taken to the hospital in cardiac arrest and died, and two people, including a factory worker, were injured.

Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident, believing that an accident occurred while repairing a fan mixing waste oil inside the tank.
