Lee Woo-young, chairman of the Korea Human Resources Development Corporation, recently said on his SNS that even if it is a blind recruitment system, he wants to filter out college graduates if possible.
He added that his daughter-in-law had a decent character from a co-ed school and that he would never accept a university graduate as a daughter-in-law.
In this regard, Chairman Lee expressed his position that the expression was not appropriate because he felt sorry for some violence and others, and that he was sorry that he could not deeply understand the students' minds.
Earlier, the government launched an investigation into whether it was gender discrimination after an online anonymous bulletin board said that certain female college graduates would be excluded from the conflict.
