Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a bill with Russia's Defense Ministry on the 23rd local time to relieve the debt of recruits participating in Ukraine's "special military operation."

According to Tas news agency, recruits who sign a contract with the Ministry of National Defense for more than a year from the 1st of next month and participate in special military operations will be relieved of up to 10 million rubles and about 130 million won in our money.

The law applies to all potential recruits whose debt collection process began one day before the next month.

Russia is offering large payouts to participants in Ukraine's special military operation to recruit as many troops as possible without issuing a mobilization order.

In the case of Moscow citizens in the capital city, they can receive 5.2 million rubles and about 70 million won in their first year of service if they join the army.

Putin also signed a bill banning "childless life" propaganda.

The law, which is one of the low birth rate measures, will ban films, advertisements, the Internet and mass media content in Russia that support a child-free life or oppose childbirth.

Those who violate the ban on childless ideological propaganda will be fined up to 5 million rubles and about 67 million won.

Putin also approved legislation that would prohibit citizens of countries that allow gender transition from adopting or acquiring custody of Russian children.
