[Seoul] Emergency treatment center and dedicated hospital...night care for mild patients

The Seoul Metropolitan Government operates an emergency treatment center and a specialized hospital for each disease for patients who had difficulty receiving emergency room treatment at night or on holidays because of a mild disease.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it will establish a cooperative system with medical institutions and 119 paramedics for the first time in the country to operate two Seoul-type emergency treatment centers and four hospitals dedicated to each disease where patients with mild symptoms can receive emergency treatment at night and on holidays.

First of all, emergency treatment centers in Yangcheon and Songpa-gu are treated from 9 a.m. to midnight, focusing on frequent trauma and acute diseases, and hospitals dedicated to each disease in Gangseo, Mapo, Gwangjin, and Gangdong-gu are open 24 hours a day for trauma patients.
