As the number of safety accidents related to lithium-ion batteries increases, the Korea Consumer Agency has decided to hold a global campaign with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the OECD.

The Korea Consumer Agency will hold social media sharing events and hold SNS promotion campaigns to improve safety awareness of lithium-ion batteries.

Lithium-ion batteries are used in smartphones, auxiliary batteries, laptops, and electric kickboards, and there is a risk of safety accidents such as fire.

When charging is completed, the Consumer Agency has urged you to unplug and not charge the electric kickboard near the entrance.

By the 20th of next month, if you share the campaign content posted on the Consumer Agency website (www.kca.go.kr ) announcement on your social media with the #BatterySafety and #BatterySafety hashtag and submit a capture screen, you will receive a coffee gift certificate through a lottery.
