Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, said, "It would be nice if all the pros and cons gathered to discuss the controversy over the revision of the commercial law."

CEO Lee wrote on social media last night (24th), ahead of the first trial of perjury teacher charges, saying, "We should draw a reasonable conclusion through discussion, not just arguing and fighting with each other over major issues."

The Democratic Party of Korea then explained that it is trying to revise the commercial law to prevent the division of the gimmick merger, which is one of the reasons for the stock market crash, and that Ant investors are in favor of it, but managers such as the Federation of Korean Industries actively oppose it.

Spokesperson Han Min-soo met with reporters after the Supreme Council and urged the government to clarify this, saying, "It seems that Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People's Power, has changed his position to disagree with the revision of the commercial law."

Earlier on the 14th, the Democratic Party of Korea adopted an amendment to the Commercial Act, which includes expanding the duty of loyalty of the corporate board from the existing company to all shareholders.
