KOSPI retakes 2,530 mark due to institutional buying...KOSDAQ Up 3%

The KOSPI rose 1.32 percent to close at 2,534.34 on institutional buying.

In the securities market today, individuals and institutions sold a net 520 billion won, but institutions alone bought a net 450 billion won, leading the index to rise.

On the news that Samsung Electronics is rushing to approve NVIDIA's HBM quality test, it rose 3.39 percent and was on the verge of entering 58,000 won.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also jumped 2.93 percent to close at 696.83, approaching the 700-point mark.

Individuals sold a net 190 billion won, but foreigners and institutions both bought a net 180 billion won.
