The Air Force announced that it will conduct Soaring Eagle training in the second half of 2024 at Cheongju Base in Chungcheongbuk-do from today to the 29th.
The Air Force said more than 60 aviation forces, including F-35A stealth fighters, KF-16, FA-50 fighter jets, and KC-330 multi-purpose aerial refueling transporters, will participate in the exercise.
The Soring Eagle training is a large-scale comprehensive aerial training conducted by the Korean Air Force alone, and has been conducted twice a year since 2008 to develop tactical capabilities between various types.
This training will be conducted day and night by our air force divided into allies and enemies, assuming local provocations and all-out war conditions of the enemy.
