In addition, the Democratic Party of Korea plans to push for a re-vote at the plenary session on the 28th if President Yoon Suk Yeol exercises his right to demand reconsideration, or veto, in the Special Prosecutor's Act on Kim Gun-hee.

Speaking to reporters at the National Assembly, Lee Jae-myung said he expects a great sense of deja vu, saying it will be revealed in the re-vote whether the People's Power lawmakers are engaged in politics or working for their own interests.

The Democratic Party also plans to report the impeachment of Lee Chang-soo, head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, Cho Sang-won, the 4th chief prosecutor, and Choi Jae-hoon, the 2nd head of anti-corruption department, who cleared Kim of the allegations of stock manipulation at the plenary session on the 28th.

If the impeachment is reported to the plenary session, it must be voted within 72 hours after 24 hours, so the Democratic Party is expected to demand an additional plenary session on the 29th.
