The court fined Kim Jin-sung, who admitted to perjury charges, and acquitted Lee Jae-myung, who is accused of perjury.

It is analyzed that only some of the statements recognized as perjury were deliberate.

The court recognized four of Kim Jin-sung's six testimonies as perjury.

It is a statement that they are discussing the withdrawal of charges against the PD in the so-called "prosecutor impersonation" case or that related stories have been exchanged with a high-ranking broadcaster official.

The court explained that Kim testified falsely as if he knew what he didn't know in court, but only fined him in consideration of the fact that he was admitting his wrongdoing and reflecting on himself.

In the case of CEO Lee Jae-myung, there was a possibility that the perjury teacher could be sentenced to prison on the grounds that it was an element of aggravated punishment, but the court judged them all innocent.

Since there was no direct evidence that CEO Lee could have intervened, and when CEO Lee spoke directly with Kim, it was not decided whether he would testify or what he would say, it is difficult to recognize the perjury teacher's intention.

However, the court did not explain separately about the fact that Kim had no real benefit from perjury or that he admitted to perjury at the request of CEO Lee.

Controversy and criticism over the prosecution's investigation are expected to intensify as representative Lee, who criticized the "weaving investigation" in the perjury teacher's trial, was all acquitted in the first trial.
