Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and the Korea Teachers' University agree on 'training veterans education experts'

The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs will sign a business agreement with the Korea National University of Education this afternoon (26th) to strengthen veterans' education to mark the 80th anniversary of liberation next year.

According to the agreement, the two organizations decided to develop and distribute veterans' education programs linking spring schools and creative experience activities, open courses in teachers' universities, and establish small-scale major courses.

For school teachers on the front lines, the "Veteran Education Expert Training Project," joint research for the application of veterans education in the curriculum, and the Veterans Culture Project will be conducted.

Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Kang Jeong-ae said he will actively cooperate with the teachers' college to help veterans who respect and honor the people of national merit take root in the daily culture of the people through revitalization of veterans education.
